1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Caliber Sports Analytics ("Caliber," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Terminal Labs LLC, operates an analytical software platform (the "Service") that aggregates and analyzes publicly available sports betting odds data across MLB, NBA, and NFL markets. The Service provides statistical models, consensus pricing analysis, and related tools for informational and educational purposes only.

The Service is not a gambling platform, sportsbook, or betting exchange. We do not accept wagers, facilitate bets, or provide gambling advice, picks, or predictions. All outputs generated by the Service are mathematical estimates and should not be construed as recommendations to place any wager.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Service, you represent and agree that:

• --You are at least 21 years of age.
• --You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports analytics information is legal.
• --You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service, including any wagering decisions.
• --You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• --You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data obtained from the Service.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at $50 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

All content, models, algorithms, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials available through the Service are the property of Caliber Sports Analytics or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caliber Sports Analytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any wagering decisions made based on information provided by the Service, or any other matter relating to the Service.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the Service.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
