Caliber Sports Analytics ("Caliber," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Terminal Labs LLC, collects the following types of information when you use our platform (the "Service"):

  • --Account information: email address and password when you create an account.
  • --Account preferences: sport selections, notification settings, and display preferences you configure within the Service.
  • --Usage analytics: pages visited, features used, session duration, and general interaction patterns to help us improve the product.
  • --Payment information: billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • --Provide, maintain, and operate the Service.
  • --Process subscription payments and manage your account.
  • --Improve the Service based on usage patterns and feedback.
  • --Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., billing confirmations, password resets).
  • --Respond to support requests.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Supabase

Authentication, database, and user session management.

Stripe

Payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

The Odds API

Sports odds data aggregation. No personal user data is shared with this service.

4. COOKIES

The Service uses authentication session cookies managed by Supabase to keep you logged in. These are strictly functional cookies required for the Service to operate. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@calibersports.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. DATA SHARING & SELLING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period. Your data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

7. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
